Job Description

Advise and introduce life insurance products suitable to customers' financial needs.
Analyze financial needs and develop individual insurance plans for clients.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Find and develop new customer network through marketing and referral activities.
Stay informed about company products and services, attend training and seminars to improve professional knowledge.
Complete sales targets and report periodic business results.

Request

College degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related fields.
Experience in insurance, finance or sales is an advantage.
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Dynamic, confident and progressive.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
