Receive, arrange and check appointments of customers coming to the clinic.
Receive examination information and treatment regimen from the doctor, advise customers on their medical condition and appropriate treatment methods, and persuade customers to agree to treatment at the clinic.
Follow up to guide customers on payment procedures, or other related referral and incentive policies.
Find and maintain customer relationships.
Receive information and feedback, respond and resolve customer questions about products before and after service treatment.
Coordinate with relevant departments (doctors, nurses, online consultants) to achieve patient satisfaction and company revenue goals.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
