Receive and conduct surveys of customer needs.
• Analyze and advise on appropriate information technology solutions, including building models and proposing solutions.
• Prepare detailed solution presentation documents for clients, including overall design, cost estimation and bidding documents.
• Support sales team in consulting solutions and services for customers.
• Build and present Demos and POCs of IT infrastructure solutions, products and services.
• Analyze, write documents to present solutions to customers and manage documents related to proposing service solutions to customers.
• Work closely with the deployment team to administer, monitor the implementation, operate and troubleshoot, to ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
• Advise the department head on products and propose competitive strategies.
• Report customer requirements and update market information, contribute ideas for sales plans.
