Job Description

English course consulting:

Make personal plans and implement weekly and monthly sales strategies.
Search and approach potential customers via telesales from available data.
Consulting, introducing details about English courses and building suitable study plans for students from kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, high school, working people, Ielts
Schedule placement tests, register and assign students to classes, and process course payments.
Answer questions and guide customers throughout the registration process.
Hand over cash and invoices, payment documents to the cashier/accounting department.
Responsible for individual and team sales.

Customer Care

Communicate with parents about student's learning situation
Handling parents' feedback and questions about learning situation
Work with the operations manager to promptly support handling arising situations and student needs.
Other tasks assigned by the operations manager.

Candidate requirements

Have at least 6 months or more experience related to consulting, service or customer care.
Good communication and customer service skills over the phone and in person.
Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Having good English knowledge and communication skills is an advantage.
Can meet working hours: morning 8:00-17:30; afternoon: 13:30-21:30, flexible 1 day off per week

Interest

Basic salary from 7M to 11M + % of Sales + + Other bonuses.
Income from 12 million - 33 million [not including bonus for exceeding target, top sales bonus, top team bonus, other bonuses]
Probationary salary 85% of official salary
Annual salary review and 13th month salary.
