Job Description

1. MAIN TASKS

Search for potential customers: Exploit and develop customer lists through online channels such as social networks (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram,...), Market research, proactively search and approach customers;
Customer consultation and support: Guide customers who have registered an account on the SuperShip system, ensuring customers clearly understand the service and how to use it.
Managing consulting channels: Directly monitor the company's hotline and Fanpage to provide information, advice and answer questions to customers promptly.
Maintain customer relationships: Build and develop strong relationships with customers, support them in the early stages of using the service, thereby increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and statistics: Update and summarize customer and daily work data to report to the Department Head, ensuring information is managed and used effectively.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 - 17:30, lunch break 12:00 - 13:30)

2. REQUIREMENTS

Good sales closing skills, understanding customer psychology
Have at least 6 months of Sales experience or full-time working experience in the industries that need consulting;
Working attitude: Positive, proactive, able to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
Communication skills: Clear voice, good communication skills with customers.
Computer skills: Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education: Graduated from College/High School or higher. Priority is given to candidates with experience in sales regardless of qualifications.
