Work content:
- Receive a daily list of customers (data) who are in need of Business Investment, Bond Investment, Franchise Investment, or send Bank Savings from the company (Data from Telesale Identify customer needs , Data from Marketing Communication and Advertising Facebook Ads, Google ADS, Youtube ADS, Zalo ADS, etc...).
- Make available script calls (product and scenario training).
- Ensure sufficient number and quality of calls as required by the Company.
- Make friends on Zalo or Facebook with customers.
- Advising customers on savings programs with terms similar to banks.
- Customer care.
- Not consulting on international securities.
Request:
- Male/Female: between 23 and 36 years old
- Agile, vivacious, no lisp, stuttering, good communication.
- Used to work in financial companies such as banks, credit, insurance, securities, ....
- Priority will be given to those with good negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in Telesale, sales or customer care is preferred.
- Priority is given to those who have worked in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh
Right:
- Salary: ~ (Salary + bonus)
- Being trained by the Company in basic skills in Telesale, Investment Consulting, Closing Sale and Customer Care Service.
- Commissions received according to company regulations.
- Bonus: including bonus for labor productivity, bonus for exceeding targets, excellent personal bonus etc.. and other rewards.
