JOB DETAILS
1. Finance: Manage and save budget on assigned targets
2. Customers: Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction based on the company's core values.
3. Receive instructions and business targets from the Sales Manager, make individual implementation plans. Achieve individual sales targets.
4. Develop personal sales plans and implement the Group's Business Plan
5. Coordinate with Sales Manager and Sales Team Leader in sales consulting work.
6. Master projects, markets and processes, regulations/
7. Monitor, evaluate and report work weekly, monthly and quarterly.
8. Support colleagues in performing other tasks to complete assigned tasks on schedule
9. Be proactive and creative in work, come up with reasonable ideas to contribute to the development of the group and the floor.
