- Approaching and consulting, supporting customers
- Taking care of existing and arising customers
– Receive assigned leads, call for customer consultation
– Consulting customers to place orders, pay deposits, sign contracts as well as other operations related to real estate purchase transactions.
- Handling operations on the system according to the sales process. Update customer records in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
– Support and advise customers until the customer completes the purchase and sale contract and when required
- Care and maintain relationships with customers after sales
- Coordinate with Sales Admin to carry out procedures for customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
