    Job Description



    Market research to find out consumer habits and trends.

    • Combine with the sales department to develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
    • Collect market information, analyze reports on sales volume fluctuations, purchasing and usage trends, and competitors' trade marketing plans.
    • Act as a bridge between manufacturers and customers.
    • Deploying events and advertising campaigns, packaging, printing publications...
    • Develop a marketing strategy development plan based on the company's brand development orientation, increase brand recognition and carry out assigned marketing activities.
    • Build and implement point-of-sale display programs, hanging advertising items,... and brand activation programs to ensure the outstanding presence of the company's products compared to others. with competitors.
    • Collaborate with departments and business entities to optimize business results.
    • Monitor and evaluate POSM display and advertising activities implemented according to the set schedule
    • Support outbound/inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in a variety of areas, including content development and optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.

    Take on independent tasks in the assigned marketing plan.
