1. Implement a program to display images and marketing items at points of sale:
+ Conceptualize, build and manage effective product display and marketing material display (POSM) programs at the point of sale.
+ Manage and ensure promotional items (POSM), gimmicks are of the correct quantity and quality required for Trade Marketing programs.
+ Coordinate with Brand Manager to conduct display training for sales staff and check POSM at points of sale as planned.
+ Conduct market and distribution system surveys to report and periodically evaluate the effectiveness of display activities at points of sale.
2. Market research
+ Plan and implement information collection on market demand, point of sale awareness programs, and competitors' promotional programs.
+ Collect customer feedback on the Company's programs and policies.
3. Implement event marketing
+ Implement activation and sampling programs at marketing events according to the set plan.
+ Coordinate and support Brand Management and departments to ensure progress and effectiveness of programs related to the Trade Marketing department - Other tasks assigned by superiors.
