JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Channel management and operation: Responsible for content management, content strategy, operation and optimization of the assigned YouTube channel to ensure KPI achievement.
- Handling operational problems: Handling problems arising when operating the Youtube channel in charge (Copyright, optimal technique,
- Report to the direct manager on the development and revenue of the channel.
- Support team members to work together to achieve common goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge
- Knowledgeable and passionate about YouTube (Algorithms, policies), and tools and utilities to support channel development.
- Priority is given to candidates who have played on YouTube channels and understand how to use metadata in combination with SEO factors, run ads to create recommendations.
2. Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Having skills in covering and managing work, good thinking and organization.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in office computer: Word, Excel, Power Point.
3. Attitude
- Sociable, team spirit
- Active in work, willing to learn, sensitive at work
- Have a desire to work long-term at the company
