JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage, direct and coordinate the work of external consultants, internal resources and temporary contractors to develop and maintain effective Tax & Transfer Pricing Policies
Manage, direct, monitor and perform economic and regulatory analyzes related to transfer pricing projects and tax authority requirements
Protect SBT's transfer pricing and international tax position against tax authority audits and financial statement audits
Coordinate with domestic and foreign branches and subsidiaries on compliance issues and transfer pricing planning
Prepare and supervise the preparation of major sections of transfer pricing documentation reports at the same time, including collecting and compiling auditee data, analyzing preparation benchmarks, conducting interviews Consult and analyze functions as well as review reports.
Manage the application of transfer pricing policies; Adjust and develop policies when necessary; Providing technical advice to business areas related to transfer pricing
Review, update, implement and maintain inter-company agreements
Assist with Tax Audits and other Local Tax issues, including Transfer Pricing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor of Taxation/Accounting/Finance, MBA (ACCA, CFA is a plus)
Experience: At least 2 years in the field of Tax & TP consulting (Plus points are Big 4)
Ability to identify key risks and work collaboratively with management teams to develop plans to mitigate those risks.
