    Job Description

    • Research the market to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, seek design inspiration; capture the needs and tastes of customers that the business is targeting, from which to have appropriate design orientations.
    • Manage the design process from concept to final design
    • Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, edit and create new concepts;
    • Create production sketches for development packages, choose fabrics and tailoring methods
    • Coordinating parts: cutting patterns, sewing samples... finishing products
    • Ensure products are in line with business strategy
    • Check the style and size of the product to match the presentation
    • Job detail will be exchanged in the interview
