JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Design 3D simulations of buildings based on the client's ideas and requirements.
2. Recreate 3D models from 2D drawings and images. Reconstruct 3D drawings from actual site data obtained from a 3D scanner.
3. Create perspectives and apply materials to the 3D model. Run render and export 360-degree images from the 3D model to incorporate into the Virtual Tour.
4. Design 3D icons and 3D effects for the "3D/360 Interactive Web/App" product interface to enhance user experience.
5. Create animation and simulation videos from the designed spaces and 3D models.
6. Support the Application team and the Project team in processing data collected from projects.
7. Develop new processes, improve existing processes, and compile relevant work instruction documents.
8. Other tasks as directed by the Department Head and the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Graduated from University/College with a degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field,...
2. Have at least one year of experience in 3D interior design or other related fields.
3. Proficient in one of the 3D design software programs such as Sketchup, 3DMax, AutoCad... Knowledge of Blender, Zbrush... is an advantage.
4. Proficient in using graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.
5. Ability to read and understand technical drawings well, and a passion for computer-aided design (CAD).
6. Ability to think independently, creativity, and presentation of design ideas.
7. Possesses a spirit of innovation, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a high sense of responsibility in their work.
8. Ensure you possess skills such as: effective time management, efficient work organization, teamwork, planning, work reporting, anticipating causes and quickly resolving problems/situations, etc.
9. Possesses meticulousness, absolute confidentiality of information, a thirst for knowledge, quick grasp and assimilation of new information, and proactively updates on new technological trends.
10. Basic conversational English
