Job description

Contact and advise parents and students on the sale of online English courses.
The company provides 100% of the customer data; you don't need to find new customers yourself.
The conversion rate is high, reaching approximately 30%.
Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidate requirements

Must have at least 6 months of recent experience in Telesales/Sales.
Quick-witted, persistent, and possessing excellent customer follow-up skills.
Passionate about business, aspiring to develop a career in the field of Telesales/Sales.
Suitable age range: born between 1993 and 2003.

Interest

1. Attractive salary and bonuses

Performance-based income up to 35 million++/month , including:
- Fixed salary: 8 - 17 million VND
- Roses: 3 - 13 million VND
During the probationary period, you will receive 100% of your salary and commission.
Performance bonuses, Best Seller bonuses, and acceleration bonuses are awarded weekly/monthly/yearly.
Annual seniority bonus.
Salary reviews are conducted once a month.

Working hours and format

Employment type: Full-time
Working hours:
- Monday through Saturday morning
- Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
