JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop and monitor daily, weekly, monthly and 18-month revenue and expenditure plans and monitor capital usage.
2. Prepare relevant bank limit documents and provide documents as requested by credit institutions.
3. Report on credit status and commitment terms under credit contracts at banks (limit/debt balance/mortgage/mortgage) daily/week.
4. Monitor contracts/contract appendices and debt agreements.
5. Carry out procedures for opening credit limits and re-granting credit limits
6. Monitor and coordinate customers' sales cash flow to banks according to commitments signed with banks.
7. Carry out the work of storing data, books, and reports related to the operations in charge of ensuring safety and security.
8. Report monitoring internal road sales contracts, loans/capital advances weekly
9. Report the actual sales amount collected outside the TTC Sugar group to the Corporation's Finance Department every Saturday morning.
10. Monitor and purchase mandatory fire and explosion insurance and provide it to the Bank.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University education
- Training major: Accounting - Finance
- Related knowledge: Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
- Legal knowledge: Understanding of relevant legal regulations.
