    Job Description

    Perform specific financial tasks as follows:
    a, Budget Control:
    • Synthetic monitoring of Revenue and Expenditure Plans by industry and the whole system
    • Monitor the implementation of the spending budget of each unit throughout the system
    • Appraisal of payments beyond the authority of the entity
    • Control and manage operating cash flow recovery from investment activities
    • Controlling the use of appropriate financial resources according to the plan/approval of investment and business activities
    • Control the transfer of internal capital
    • Idle money optimization control
    • Monitor debt collection in the whole system
    • Monitor debt ratio and solvency
    • Implement loan structuring to ensure liquidity and efficient use of capital
    • Proactively make timely recommendations when there are unusual fluctuations in financial indicators directly related to the business results of the whole system on the basis of information gathered from financial statements. financial statements and information from management accounting;
    • Implement the planning and build a strict and reasonable financial management mechanism.
    b, Having investment finance experience:
    • Prepare M&A plans and prepare relevant negotiation documents;
    • Assess the risks and investment opportunities, determine the best investment opportunities;
    c, Perform other tasks as assigned.
