• Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới và khách hàng tiềm năng cho các dịch vụ của công ty
• Xây dựng mối quan hệ lâu dài với khách hàng, các đơn vị tư vấn và nhà thầu….
• Quản lý yêu cầu khách hàng, trao đổi để khách hàng hiểu và có cơ hội gặp gỡ để hiểu thêm nhu cầu của họ.
• Chuẩn bị, thương thảo các điều khoản hợp đồng để đáp ứng giữa yêu cầu của khách hàng và công ty.
** YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC **
• Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật sales với kinh nghiệm 03 năm và có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh hoặc Hàn
• Có kinh nghiệm về ngành xây dựng hoặc kiến trúc
• Có mối quan hệ với các bên nhà thầu, chủ đầu tư và có khả năng giao tiếp tốt
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập
