    Job Description

    Lead research and development projects for new products:

    Receive new product projects from management.

    + Develop a plan for implementing assigned topics and projects.

    + Implement and monitor the execution of the plan regarding progress, quality, and cost.

    + Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and complete projects (Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Planning, etc.).

    + Establish and transfer technological processes, product catalogs, raw material standards, and product standards.

    Calculate the cost of the product.

    - Implement improvements to existing products as requested by management:

    + Identify and evaluate alternative/expandable sources of raw materials and packaging according to assigned projects.

    + Improve processes and formulas to increase productivity, efficiency, and product stability.

    Improvements to reduce product costs.

    - Participate in handling customer complaints related to assigned products.

    - Providing guidance and advice to customers with specific needs regarding the use of the company's products.

    - Participate in sensory evaluation of the quality of the company's products and market products.

    - Provide complete and timely reports on all work-related issues and any problems that arise.

    - Prepare quality-related documents and records as requested for purposes such as: shipping, sending to customers, submitting to inspection teams, organizing certification assessments, or as requested by other relevant departments.

    - Suggest system improvements

    REQUEST

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field (certification in quality management systems is preferred).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D at consumer food manufacturing companies.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in developing products such as: seafood/starch-based snacks; rice noodles/rice paper products; and processed seafood products: fish cakes, fish crackers, fish balls.
    • Understanding of food safety, HACCP/ISO.
    • Teamwork skills, planning skills, report writing skills.
    • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office), basic English.
    • Proactive, responsible, and able to handle pressure.

    INTEREST
