• Have ability of managing Database (Storage, Daily Backup, Recovery, Capacity)
• Understand how to manage AOS in Dynamics AX or related products of MS Dynamics (NAV, CRM, 365)
• Support and train End-Users about ERP, System and Office 365
• Manage Permission Role on ERP, Report SSRS in accordance with Company's policies
• Monitor Performance & Tracking Event Log on Server
• Join in deployment for new projects
• Perform other tasks requested by Line Manager or Company's management
• Bachelor degree (University/College) in Information Technology
• Proven working experience at least 2 years in ERP Dynamics AX-NAV-365, MS Server, SQL Server, Office 365, Linux in production and trading companies
• Result-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude, willing to support colleagues when needed
