1) Database administration:
- Manage and operate technology services related to the application;
- Database design, planning, database installation and configuration, administration, tuning and performance monitoring of databases, diagnosis and recovery of database failures;
- Manage and improve the system within the Department's internal scope.
- Receive, analyze and handle errors and service requests from users;
- Design database configuration to serve the needs of deploying application systems; Install database and database monitoring and management tools on systems;
- Build data storage and mining functions for applications;
- Participate in research and propose solutions to manage and optimize the performance of database systems;
- Perform activity monitoring, backup and recovery according to database management systems regulations
- Build high availability (HA) database, disaster recovery (DR), build switchover/failover scenarios, periodically switchover database.
- Develop and update operating documents/ procedures/ regulations/ work instructions.
- Support users, IT departments, operations related to technology infrastructure, building DEV/TEST/STAGING environments.
- Perform database backup and recovery; Set up database security against unauthorized intrusions.
2) Data management:
- Participate in implementing IT projects with participating organizations
- Participate in data analysis, backtest with participating organizations (Data analysis in the field of Retail/lending)
- Operate and administer data service servers
- Interact with participating organizations to handle data errors and issues arising related to data processing; guide functional departments to handle issues related to input data for the data system
• Graduated from universities majoring in IT, computer science, computer networks, Graduated from universities majoring in information technology, telecommunications, data science, information and communication, finance and banking or related majors.
• Candidates with experience in Oracle database administration
• Priority is given to candidates with certificates in products and technologies related to Oracle Database Administration.
• Proficient in SQL, priority given to those with experience working with Oracle database.
• Have good understanding of products, services, financial activities, banking, personal lending activities, risk management activities, debt collection, banking regulations in lending and retail activities.
• Good communication and interaction skills (in person and via email); Good English skills are preferred.
• Priority is given to those with Data Science or Data Analysis certificates in any field; Priority is given to those with experience in big data processing and understanding of AI/ML.
