1. Implement legal procedures for projects in the area of responsibility:
- Research and advise the department leaders on legal issues related to land; prepare and process records of land allocation, lease, land use purpose conversion, land use demand appraisal, as well as records of acceptance of completed land reclamation and land price development. Ensure strict control and retention of assigned records.
- Register land use plans for the Company's projects.
- Complete land division/merger documents and master legal regulations related to land transfer, future housing, and social housing.
- Check and review real estate sales contracts with customers.
- Prepare and process Certificate issuance documents for the Company and Customers.
- Proactively contact, monitor and urge specialists to process documents at Departments and Branches during the implementation of land procedures and related administrative procedures.
- Propose necessary measures to the Company's leaders to remove obstacles and speed up the implementation of procedures related to projects.
- Coordinate with other Departments and Divisions of the Company to resolve issues arising during project implementation.
- Regularly update and research legal documents to advise leaders in the process of implementing legal procedures on land.
2. Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
