Job duties
- Understand the quality standards of partners and CADDi VIETNAM to ensure accurate information exchange, minimizing errors.
- Share and guide team members towards the same goal of meeting quality and shipping requirements.
- Raise quality standards of partners (suppliers) by introducing approved inspection and improvement process at CADDi VIETNAM
- Collaborate with team members to complete planned quality standards and ensure a reliable supply chain
- Solve problems arising during the execution of quality control procedures (technical errors; time delays, problems...)
- Coordinate with other departments for continuous quality improvement
Job requirements:
- Priority will be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience working in a Japanese factory
- Priority is given to candidates who are trainees/mechanical engineers in Japan -Experience in the same position from 3+ years
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Japanese ability equivalent to JLPN~N2 or English (Business)
