JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales & Business Development Support (80%):
- Advising clients on course selection & study plans (note that you will be training and serving as an education specialist, especially in the area of professional training)
- Participate in business development activities including meeting corporate/organizational clients, preparing sales documents, conducting market research/surveys/focus group interviews, etc.
- Manage a portfolio of 50-100 clients (including alumni, current and prospectus) to develop and strengthen relationships with them to help deliver the best educational solutions for their short- and long-term goals.
- Optimize communication and interaction with customers through various channels including face-to-face, phone calls, email and other online platforms.
- Attract customers from marketing campaigns, personal networks, customer referrals by providing high quality customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to advance industry, product, sales and service skills and knowledge.
- Prepare sales/market reports for the principal and support other academic, marketing, and BD activities.
2. Marketing support (10%):
- Collect student and parent feedback on marketing activities when required.
- Engage students and parents in marketing activities and campaigns.
3. To participate in necessary training courses and events of the company when required.
And other tasks assigned by your immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Can develop positive relationships with students and parents.
- At least 1 year experience in front desk or direct communication.
- Self-motivation and high sense of responsibility
- Passion for education.
