JOB DESCRIPTION
+ Regularly go to the market, exploit, search, and build a sales network with new agents and distributors
+ Caring for and maintaining relationships with existing agents
+ Develop a system of agents and distributors of the company
+ Research, survey, analyze market activities and come up with effective strategies for developing and expanding the market
+ Other tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Graduated with major: Economics, Finance, Marketing, Foreign Trade, business administration... or other related majors
+ Having knowledge and passion for the cosmetics field is an advantage
+ Always welcome new graduates
+ Have a high sense of responsibility, self-awareness, and good communication skills
+ Ability to work independently, have enthusiasm, and want to stick with the profession for a long time
+ Want to stay with the company for a long time, have the orientation to develop the Sales profession in a professional B2B direction
+ Priority is given to having experience in B2B cosmetic or pharmaceutical market sales
WAGE
+ Basic salary + Unlimited commission based on ability + Hot bonus for having creative ideas, contributing to the company, bonus based on annual business activities (Income from – /month, higher for those who having ability).
