1. Carry out legal procedures for projects in the area of responsibility:
- Deploy and implement legal procedures related to the establishment, adjustment, appraisal and approval of zoning plans and detailed plans.
- Conduct appraisal of Feasibility Study Report, construction drawing design, as well as fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) approval for projects. At the same time, ensure implementation of legal procedures related to connecting project infrastructure such as electricity, water, telecommunications, and transportation.
- Grant construction permits for each project item according to legal regulations.
- Coordinate closely with relevant departments to promptly resolve issues arising during project implementation.
2. Maintain relationships with authorities:
- Establish and maintain regular contact with relevant agencies to promptly update information to serve the implementation of work. Immediately report any problems to the Department Head for effective handling.
3. Update legal documents:
- Regularly monitor and update current legal documents to ensure their application is consistent with reality.
4. Perform other tasks:
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
