    Job Description

    • Review and classify the Contract objects that the Company has signed with Partners and Contractors that are serving the business and operational needs of the Company.
    • Draft Contract Forms corresponding to the classification of Contract objects based on the Law, professional opinions from Divisions/Departments/Departments and Company policies.
    • Develop and draft related documents arising from Contracts signed with Partners and Contractors.
    • Propose and draft appropriate Contract Forms when there are suggestions/requests/requests from Divisions/Departments/Departments to serve the work and operational needs of the Company.
    • Review and complete Contracts/other documents when received from Blocks/Departments/Departments.
    • Control the Contracts that the Company has signed with Partners and Contractors with policies, notices and approval statements from the Board of Directors at each respective time.
    • Evaluate and propose solutions when receiving requests/adjustments from Blocks/Departments/Departments related to the content of the Model Contract, other arising issues/requests related to the content to be signed.
    • Provide professional consultation and propose solutions when receiving requests/adjustments from Blocks/Departments/Departments related to Contract content; arising issues, complaints, questions, and disputes during the implementation of the Contract.
    • Negotiate and negotiate directly with Partners and Contractors to agree on the Contract content for signing.
    • Learn and update relevant legal regulations and report when there are important changes as well as propose solutions.
    • Control and warn about due commitments/agreements and propose solutions.
    • Support other tasks of the Block/Department and other Blocks/Departments/Departments when required.
    • Store and preserve records and documents related to assigned work according to regulations.
    • Report work according to regulations of direct management.
