- Handling disputes about Trade, Investment, Labor... arising in the course of operation of the Company;
- Representing the Company to participate in court proceedings and work with other relevant authorities such as the Procuracy, People's Committee....
- Legal research, legal advice for businesses and departments on issues: Labor, Land, Investment, Tax,...;
- Support legal procedures in the implementation of new projects of the Group in Vietnam;
- Coordinate with departments to negotiate, sign contracts...
