I. Job Description - Responsible for the legal and legal aspects of the Company
- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, transaction records. Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company
- Researching laws, decrees, circulars, etc. related to the field of operation of the Company
- Advising the Board of Directors on the law
- Responsible for checking the legality and legitimacy for all transactions of the Company, ensuring that all procedures and operating procedures of the Company are legal.
- Research, learn, regularly update the latest information on the law for management
- Responsible for carrying out procedures related to documents and procedures such as establishment, change, trademark registration, M&A,...
- Check, edit and complete legal documents, issued documents, transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the enterprise law and other regulations of the State.
- Manage legal documents and records of the Company according to regulations
- Other tasks at the request of superiors within the scope of work
II. Candidate Requirements 1. WORK EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge and understanding of the market, financial investment, securities, M&A. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in media and entertainment companies.
