    Job Description

    • To assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other departments/departments in, advising and advising the Board of Directors of the Company in formulating, amending and supplementing the Company's charter, building and promulgating internal rules, regulations, and regulations. regulations of the Group;

    • Coordinate and participate in solving cases, requests, recommendations, disputes, complaints from partners and customers;
    • To be responsible for carrying out administrative procedures with state agencies (such as registration procedures for changing business information, procedures related to intellectual property of the Company and its member companies;
    • Perform legal work as assigned and directed by the Head of Legal Department.
    • Report directly to the Head of Legal Department.
    • Other tasks as required by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
