- Perform requirement analysis and design activities: synthesize and clarify requirements, design solution models, business process flows, build functional design specification documents, design sample interfaces, provide necessary information support to stakeholders; create documents (URD/BRD, to-be Process, SRS, Mockup/Prototype.
- Take on the role of business analyst participating in the implementation of the company's projects.
- Perform system feature testing, integration testing, build test scenarios, summarize test results for new features, change requests on the company's developed products.
- The focal point for receiving system functional requirements, requirements originating from the product development orientation of the Company's Board of Directors, requirements from other relevant departments and requirements from customers in case of working on projects with direct participation of the company's customers.
- Conduct system function training: create training documents, user manuals, organize end-user training courses in the process of using the company's software functions and products.
- Reporting work.
- At least 2 years of experience as BA.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience using and working with software products related to financial accounting, production, and warehouse management (Misa, Fast, Bravo, Base, ...);
- Experience in participating in projects and related operations such as fintech, telecom, banking, business management, public administration, and manufacturing.
- Can use design and modeling tools such as Axure, Figma,...
- Know how to use project management tools such as Jira, Trello.
- Have basic knowledge of Database, SQL.
- Other requirements: Have knowledge of processes and operations in one of the following areas: Project Management, Process Management, Document Management, Electronic Signature.
