Job Description

Describe

Recruit, train, manage and supervise a Telesales Team of 8 - 15 people
Search and develop new sales methods to serve the Company's goals
Optimize scripts and Telesales rates
Learn and research the children's education market and competitors and provide advanced training for personnel periodically monthly, quarterly, etc.
Implement business plans to achieve the goals set by the Head of Department

Request

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
English: good reading and writing ability, basic communication
Loves business, has good thinking about numbers, is persistent, can withstand high pressure

Having knowledge in the field of children's education is an advantage
