Job description
Participating in receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating and taking responsibility for the implementation of those plans.
- Performing timekeeping and salary calculation for employees.
- Implement and handle procedures related to social insurance and health insurance
– Participate in the preparation of new employees, develop documents, job descriptions and organize integration training for new employees.
- Participating in the implementation of human resource management tasks, including: monitoring personnel developments, making labor contracts, drafting administrative documents, and general administration...
– Support to implement internal communication, connect members and conduct entertainment activities for company employees
– Keep records and documents related to the implementation of procedures and policies on personnel
- Perform some other requirements of direct manager
