1. Recruitment
- Receive and implement recruitment plans on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Draft and post recruitment information on appropriate channels.
- Screening applications, contacting candidates, arranging interviews, participating in candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate with department heads to evaluate probationary effectiveness and plan human resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with reputable recruitment channels, schools, and professional groups.
2. Internal training
- Coordinate the organization of integration training courses for new employees.
- Support the implementation of training courses on skills, professional skills, and capacity development for sales staff and office staff.
- Participate in developing training documents, evaluation forms and reporting training results.
- Manage training data, track the development path of each employee.
3. Internal culture & HR communication
- Coordinate the organization of bonding programs: honors, birthdays, internal events, team building.
- Participate in internal communication through channels such as Zalo, Facebook, company newsletter,...
- Propose creative ideas to help spread VSTAR spirit & cultural values.
4. Other work
- Perform timekeeping and manage personnel data
