- Coordinate with solution management to find suitable products with optimal input prices to meet the requirements of the Sales Department.
- Implement project procurement activities when requested by departments.
- Search and evaluate suitable transportation service providers; coordinate with partners and manage solutions to select optimal packaging and shipping options; identify goods and apply appropriate import tax rates; prepare documents for import procedures, including: customs declarations, import licenses or other required licenses; monitor the transportation of goods to the designated location.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle project incidents if any.
- Coordinate with Solution Manager to find potential partners to optimize and expand the Company's product line.
- Prepare weekly expenditure plan and send it to the Finance Department and monthly purchasing report to the Board of Directors; Prepare project financial plan and send it to the Finance Department after having the project code.
- Manage and store soft and hard copies of purchasing and import activities.
- Provide information and documents as required by Project Manager.
- Graduated from regular universities, majoring in Economics / Foreign Trade / Foreign Languages.
- Understanding of telecommunications products and markets is an advantage.
- Have knowledge of import and export operations
- Good English is an advantage.
- Use office application software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Flexible and agile communication and behavior.
- Be honest, careful, creative, innovative, have the ability to analyze problems, cooperate, be cheerful and able to work in a team.
- Salary: Negotiable
