Job duties
- Receive purchase orders, including: Types of goods, quantity, requirements, ...
- Connect with available suppliers to carry out order fulfillment: Exchange, send requests for orders to buy. Negotiate, negotiate and unify order information with suppliers. Closing order and estimated delivery time.
- Track the delivery progress of Chinese suppliers through the software system
- Contact to solve arising problems of closed orders with suppliers if any arise
- Resolve complaints arising from orders with suppliers: Defective, missing, damaged products, ...
- Coordinate with other departments in the company (China warehouse department) to complete the delivery of goods from suppliers
Income:
- From 12 to 16 million (Hard salary + Responsibility salary + Bonus)
- Basic salary: 8,000,000 VND

Request:
- Intermediate Chinese - Good: Speak - Read - Write Chinese on computers, phones.

Office hours Monday - Saturday (Morning: 08h - 12h, Afternoon: 13h30 - 17h30)

- Đóng gói và làm việc với các đơn vị vận chuyển hàng hóa về Việt Nam
- Khiếu nại nhà cung cấp, hỗ trợ đổi trả hàng hóa
