    Job Description

    MTCV:
    - Work with Chinese and Vietnamese partners in: Searching for sources of goods, inquiring about goods, placing orders, negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery times, and quality of goods.

    - Find factories specializing in manufacturing sportswear in China, buy goods, contact factories on 1688.

    - Survey market prices of assigned items and prepare periodic work reports for superiors.

    - Directly create orders, make contracts; monitor and urge contract implementation process.
    - Track and supervise delivery time, contact and reconcile debts with the factory and shipping company.

    - Check import documents and track the progress of the shipment until it arrives at the warehouse.

    - Update inventory to plan purchases, ensure adequate goods for operations.

    5. Requirements:

    - University degree or higher, priority given to those who know Chinese.

    - Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to those who have worked on 1688, Pinduoduo,

    - Understanding of Chinese e-commerce platforms such as 1688, Taobao, Alibaba, Pinduoduo,...

    - Knowledge of import-export procedures and international shipping is an advantage.

    - Good communication, consulting and problem solving skills.

    - Have personal laptop.

    - Office computer skills.

    - Honest, eager to learn, eager to change.
