Marketing and communications • Coordinate with the CEO/Operations Department to work with the Agency to select marketing and communication campaigns that are suitable for the company's development orientation. • Propose the brand's marketing plan on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis to achieve revenue goals. • Plan and organize and be responsible for implementing communication activities and incentive programs at points of sale to achieve revenue goals. Manage and implement plans • Coordinate with the operations department to grasp the sales situation at the point and propose plans to optimize sales performance. • Coordinate with the expansion operations department to develop potential sales points and system development strategies. • Support the CEO in business development.
