Job description
1. Shaping the Company's business and marketing strategy:
• Responsible for planning and implementing monthly and annual marketing strategies.
• Identify and meet customer requirements, ensuring the organization is aware of new customer requirements for the Company's products and services.
2. Building and managing Digital Marketing digital communication channels:
• Propose directions, plan and monitor the implementation of digital communication strategies.
• Propose ideas and organize the development of website/apps/fanpage content to enhance customer experience.
3. Build, manage and coordinate activities (Events):
• Responsible for the organization and quality of events, marketing activities, promoting the company's image and products to the public and internally to promote and achieve the company's goals.
• Develop and implement Promotion programs, coordinate with the sales department to understand the revenue situation and effectiveness of Marketing campaigns to make timely adjustments.
• Organize, implement, test and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
4. Propose, implement and monitor cooperation programs with partners, enhance brand image and cooperation effectiveness.
5. Reporting and managing Marketing budget:
• Set up and manage marketing budget.
• Report to the Board of Directors periodically on the status of task performance and, when necessary, promptly consult with the Board of Directors, ensuring that business activities are not stagnant and damaged.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager
Candidate requirements
- Qualification: University with majors in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management.
- Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic.
- Proactive and progressive in work.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience and understanding of MKT content development, and good understanding of Digital MKT.
- Have strategic thinking, planning, implementation and management of marketing plans, market analysis skills, planning and implementation of activities to promote the Company's image.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience for a Marketing position

Location and working time
- Location: No. 65-67 Street B4, Sala Urban Area, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Working hours: 44 hours/week
08-17:00 from Monday to Friday
08-12:00 Saturday
