    Job Description

    JOB:

    - Responsible for applying artificial intelligence (AI) to create marketing content (text, video, images,) on online platforms according to the company's Affiliate Marketing model.

    - Develop marketing content (text, video,)

    • Use AI applications, develop automation tools to develop content for marketing activities
    • Build goals and plans to develop marketing content according to the company's direction.
    • Build a set of indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of content development activities when running on online platforms.

    - Deploy marketing content on online platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Facebook,

    - Evaluate the effectiveness of activities

    - Improve the quality and efficiency of content development and publishing activities on platforms.

    - Share, guide, and support the company's customers and partners to effectively apply AI in marketing activities.

    - Contribute to building the company's AI marketing team and system

    INTEREST:
    - Income 15-20 million VND/month (can be higher depending on ability). Including: fixed salary 10-15 million VND (negotiable based on ability) + KPI bonus + commission + allowance (salary payment time from 1st to 5th of every month)

    - Clear development roadmap, quick promotion opportunities: opportunity to become Leader within 3-6 months and have the opportunity to be the BOSS in new projects

    - Be proactive in creating and implementing your own work

    - Get in-depth training in AI Marketing & personal development skills

    - Trained by leading experts in Marketing, AI and AI applications

    - Salary review: based on work performance or regular salary increase

    - 13th month bonus, bonus, holidays,

    - Annual travel, team building, year-end party, personal/child birthday, wedding, funeral,

    - National holidays: New Year/Lunar New Year, April 30, September 2,

    - 12 days off/year

    REQUEST:

    - University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Technology

    - Experience working with AI, IT or Digital Marketing technology is an advantage

    - Soft skills:

    • Creative thinking, sensitive to technology and new marketing trends
    • Good communication and teamwork skills, effective coordination with departments
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills

    - Spirit, attitude:

    • Love marketing and business
    • Love AI applications in everything
    • Be determined, focused and determined towards your goals.
    • Willing to share and sincerely support team members and other members in the company

    WORK LOCATION:

    - Hanoi: Van Phu Urban Area, Phu La, Ha Dong

    - HCMC: Residential Area, Phu My, District 7
