Job Description

Learn about the company, its culture, vision and mission.
Implement marketing plans as assigned by the department head to enhance brand awareness and customer reach.
Implement, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assigned marketing campaigns.
Organize events as assigned by the department head, control advertising content, and select effective marketing tools.
Update marketing trends in related fields/industries, competitors' marketing campaigns to promptly report to the department head.
Collect and analyze customer data to ensure products, marketing content, and websites are user-friendly and target the right customers.
Receive feedback from the sales department, customer care department, and other departments in the company to adjust marketing plans promptly and effectively.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Building a professional and prestigious personal image, thereby contributing to building the company's image in the eyes of customers and partners.

Job Requirements

Major in marketing.
Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing.
Creativity, good analytical skills.
Professional working attitude, good situation handling skills.
Good teamwork skills, able to work under high pressure, have a spirit of dedication to the company's development.

Interest
