- Job details:

Strategy: Market research – including customers, competitors, and market trends – to propose appropriate brand development and sales support strategies to the Board of Directors.
Execution: Develop marketing plans and be responsible for their implementation as approved by the Board of Directors. This includes:
Plan brand communication and sales support activities – online and offline, propose budgets and performance metrics for these activities, and reach an agreement with the Board of Directors.
Primarily responsible for implementation, ensuring activities proceed on schedule and within the agreed budget.
Manage content and operate the brand's media platforms. E.g., Website, Facebook page, and other platforms if any.
Report results, provide direction, or offer marketing strategy advice to the Board of Directors.
Responsible for internal communication activities aimed at boosting employee morale within the company.
Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

- Job requirements:

Male/female, good-looking appearance, university graduate or higher.
Possess a strong foundation in Marketing knowledge and at least two years of experience in implementing on-off communication activities.
Proficient in office software. Skills in design, Photoshop, video editing, etc., are a plus.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the furniture industry.
Preference will be given to candidates who are proactive, not afraid of challenges and new situations, and willing to discuss work with the Board of Directors.
