Job position: Marketing specialist - E-commerce floor manager
*Job description
• Planning to manage and develop business on Shopee e-commerce platforms.
• Make a sales plan, attract traffic, plan to participate in weekly and monthly floor events. Create a standard SEO shop on Shopee
• Connecting E-Commerce partners
• Update the number of products on the system and implement the programs proposed by the system of e-commerce sites.
• Producing multi-content (Writing content, standard titles, displaying exact keywords.... graphics, photos, videos...) and deploying on multi-platforms to be prioritized by shopee to display.
• Content management and channel management and handling of crises and risks arising on online platforms.
• Set up third-party transportation platforms such as economy delivery, ahamove, and delivery processes to ensure optimal customer experience and service quality, with no disruption between touchpoints. .
• Pull interaction from channels, Tiki, Lazada, Tiktok shop, FB, IG, website, hotline, zalo OA, chatbots 24/7... to shopee.
• Listen to feedback, answer questions with customers on e-commerce floors
• Measure, evaluate and report work
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
* Candidate Requirements :
• Intermediate or higher graduation.
• Have general knowledge of e-commerce
• Understanding how to manage and develop e-commerce floor
• Having 6 months of experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, customer consulting is an advantage.
• Hardworking, hardworking, progressive spirit.
