Job description*
- Manage and monitor bidding packages posted on the national bidding network system.
- Prepare a full set of bid documents including the company's capability documents as required by the Bidding Documents such as financial statements, similar contracts performed, bid price list....
- Coordinate with related departments to determine the scope of work and the list of input items constituting the price.
- Prepare bid guarantee documents, contract performance guarantee, negotiation, payment acceptance documents for the winning bidding packages.
- Manage and monitor ongoing contracts, progress of work throughout the contract implementation process.
- Able to go on business trips in necessary cases (have the company's own car, travel and accommodation expenses (if any) are supported by the company.
Job requirements*
- Graduated from TC / College / University majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Marketing...
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in project bidding or related fields
- Understanding legal documents and Bidding Law
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Know how to organize and arrange work.
- Have courage and sense of responsibility.
- Have a spirit of learning, diligent, careful.
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Able to go on a business trip to the province in necessary cases.
