* Organize and deploy professional tasks for the department, specifically:
- Directly participate in working with manufacturers and suppliers to develop solutions and products that meet customer requirements.
- Support the project team with customer offers, product demos, presentations, and technical specifications.
- Participate in inspection and testing of goods upon delivery to customers; Support customers in product troubleshooting, warranty support, and product maintenance.
-Search for domestic and foreign customers, participate in conferences and seminars, represent the Company in transaction activities, negotiations, cooperation, and trade and investment promotion as an exclusive agent. rights for manufacturers, traders, and foreign organizations on new products in the field of national security and defense;
- Organize research, learn about modern technologies and stay ahead of new technology trends in the field of security and defense.
- Organize access and work with customers, find out their current situation, analyze and forecast demand for products and services.
- Stay ahead of technology trends, customer needs and product development directions, technical requirements of new products, suitable for the market.
- Participate in building and developing strategic products for the Company's system and product bank;
- Manage work plans weekly, monthly, quarterly, ensuring progress;
- Other tasks as directed by the Company's Board of Directors.
