Consultation & Contract Closing:
Receive up-to-date data from Marketing (website, Facebook, YouTube, customer referrals).
Listen to your needs and provide comprehensive design, construction, and renovation solutions.
Collaborate with architects/engineers in surveying and preparing cost estimates.
Proactively negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure mutual benefits.
Customer development & Contribution to the system:
Proactively expand your customer base (referrals, regional partner ecosystem).
Propose solutions to improve the sales process and upgrade service quality.
Priorities: customer follow-up skills and ability to react quickly, communication skills.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from vocational school/college or higher, majoring in construction, architecture, transportation, or hydraulic engineering.
Minimum 2 years of business experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
Energetic, confident, outgoing, and capable of working independently and effectively in a team.
Be proactive, honest, ambitious, and persistent in pursuing your goals.
Committed to quality work and customer satisfaction.
