    • Search and consult potential customers about the types of insurance of the business.
    • Building, maintaining and taking care of potential customers through telesales channels, introduction, face-to-face meetings, ..
    • Find out the needs and financial situation of each customer to advise on suitable insurance packages
    • Support, answer questions and ensure the interests of customers as well as insurers in case insurance factors arise.
    • Manage and maintain database system, write monthly, quarterly and annual reports
    • Maintain and ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction with Generali . insurance products
    • Constantly updating new knowledge about insurance products, services and specialized skills
    • Learn and improve knowledge about insurance as well as Generali's product packages
