- Job description:
- Consulting (Online/Offline) on personalized learning programs suitable to students' needs and goals based on Database sources (Fanpage/Website/Data of schools/Data from supplementary products: practice tests, books ,...) of the company;
- Participate in ideation, planning and implementation of the Center's programs;
- Take care of students, monitor student status in Online/Offline classes to ensure positive learning experiences (Monitor and maintain updated student information in the data management system);
- Maintain and build relationships with students after the course;
- Participate and support in organizing events, going to markets (schools, events,...)
- Right:
- Income: 15,000,000 VND - 30,000,000 VND (Including: Fixed salary 8,000,000 - 18,000,000 + % Commission + Shift allowance + Bonus)
- Commission: Applied according to the mechanism of the Sales Department;
- Team Bonus, Monthly Bonus, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Bonus, "Hot" Bonus;
- Shift meal allowance: 780,000 - 1,300,000 VND/month ;
- Overtime salary x 150% (if any) ;

- Working hours: From Monday to Sunday every week (1 day off/week). Choice of working shifts: Minimum 2 shifts/day and 3 evening shifts/week
+ Morning Shift: 08:00 - 12:00
+ Afternoon shift: 13:30 - 17:30
+ Evening Shift: 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m
- Request:
- Graduated from Colleges, Universities or higher. Accepts 3rd/4th year students waiting to graduate;
- Experience in Sales, Telesales, customer care (with KPIs applied) in the service, retail, education,... sectors;
- Verbal, good at negotiating and persuading, able to withstand high work pressure. Hardworking, always have specific work goals to strive for
- Passionate about business and responsible for work
- Having knowledge of IELTS is an advantage;
- Office skills: Word, Excel, Office informatics;
- English skills: Basic communication;
