Research and study Human Resource Management software products to advise customers.
Approach and exploit customer requirements, closely coordinate with the consulting team to build solutions, present and persuade customers to sign contracts.
Prepare bidding documents, negotiate prices with customers, finalize and sign contracts;
Maintain and develop business relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction;
Ensure to achieve the proposed sales target.
Learn about market trends and customer preferences for the company's products.
Request:
College/University graduate majoring in economics, business administration, IT or related fields.
At least 01 year of experience in Sales. Priority is given to candidates with experience in software sales.
Have an effective business strategy and customer approach plan.
Always keep abreast of industry and company development trends.
Communication skills, relationship building, persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively and creatively.
