Job description:
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans and submit them to the Board of Directors. Implement the proposed business plan and ensure the completion of the assigned targets.
- Taking care of existing customers (system of agents, distributors of the company).
- Receive, answer and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Handling transactions, understanding customer needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Actively seek and exploit potential customers; Expansion and development of agent channels, sales distributors
- Analyze and evaluate the situation of the market, customers, report proposals to the management level.
